penat tau...hari2 asyik fikir perkara yang sama je...tah kenapa, sejak 5 tahun ni aku asyik 'berperang' dengan perkara yg sama... battle yang tak pernah aku menang..'perang kurus!' Tah mana silapnya, aku rasa aku memang jenis yang kurang makan..tapi berat badan ni melonjak2 naik tak terkawal lagi...dlm 3 bulan, boleh naik 5 kilo..sekarang berat aku officially 65 kilo, sedangkan tinggi aku cuma 145cm... 20 kilo overweight tu...aduuuu mulai hari ni, aku akan rekod semua makanan yang aku makan, siap dgn pukul berapa dan berapa banyak intake..aku pun nak start jogging / execise sekurang2 nya 30 minit sehari..minum air dgn banyak, elakkan makanan bergoreng dan cuma akan makan nasik 2 hari sekali...tu plan aku buat masa sekarang...umur pun dah 28, masih lagi dengan masalah yang sama..tak abis2.. so start hari ni, makan tengahari: nasik putih setegah pingan (1.5 mangkuk) ikan keli goreng (puhhh) sayur manis masak lemak (puhh lagi) air teh ais (adehhh)
